Mark A. Peay - Director/CEO, Producer Youth Advocate and Performance Coach

Mark A. Peay, a native of Baltimore, MD. Is no stranger to the arts and entertainment industry.  A graduate of the Baltimore School of Performing Arts and former Musical Director for both Grammy nominated recording artist, Kelly Price and awarding winning playwright and director, Tyler Perry.

As a music teacher, educator and youth advocate, Mark has championed the cause of Urban Youth Development through his C.R.U.N.K. Kids Network (Creating Rhythmic Unity in our Nations Kids) and the C.R.U.N.K. Kids Record label, an urban alternative to the mainstream music for kids. Through his I D.R.E.A.M. Series (Developing Rising Entrepreneurs through Arts & Music) and his children’s musical play entitled, “Lemonade”, Mark Peay is utilizing the Performing Arts to offer youth creative diversions and crime deterrents.

Markis V. Peay - Production Assistant, Producer.

Markis is the teenage son of Mark Peay and has been involved in music and the arts for most of his life. From starring as Simba in Disney’s The Lion King as well as Lion King JR, to drum lines to now co[writing and producing songs, plays and jingles, Markis is a “major key” in the iDREAM vision and mission to touch the world through Music and the Arts!
